Getting an eyelash extensions can be a life changing experience! Prepare to never having to worry about eye makeup again. After Everlash, you can say you woke up like this, literally.

**Step 1:  Before Your Appointment

**Booking your Everlash appointment is easy! Simply click [here](

Jam%3A). Our staff are always ready to schedule you in. Booking is advisable to get your most preferred slot.

Tip 1: We recommend that you come in without any eye makeup for a faster service. Waterproof eye makeup can take an extra 15 minutes to completely remove. Dirty lash may reduce the longevity of your extensions.

If you feel like your lashes need a deep cleanse from makeup or oil build up, at Everlash we can give you a deep cleanse with Lash Detox, for just IDR 40,000 and in just 15 minutes we will get your lash super clean and fresh.

It is highly recommended that you come in on time. Lash extension may take up to two hours, depending on your natural lash and design selection. Provide enough time to get the best results. Lash extension is a meticulous art that cannot be rushed.

Step 2: Consultation

At Everlash, we give you the power to customize your lash look. Choose from a large variety of styles, from super natural like “they’re your own” - to super Glam. We have many types of curls and also colored and bottom lashes. To make it easier for you, each Everlash branch also has photos and tools that can help you decide.

Tip 2: Confused?  We encourage you to bring reference photos to the appointment to give us a better idea of the look you want. Our experienced staff can see your preference and find the most flattering design for your eye shape*. Truly, a picture is worth a thousand words.

*We will advise on whether or not your natural lashes are strong enough to hold the design you want. Results will vary depending on your lash line.

*Remember to let us know if you have any allergies, we can do an optional Patch test before starting.

Step 3: Relax + Get Pretty

At Everlash we treat our clients with the utmost care. All tools and kits are sanitized before the procedure and we provide a new spoolie for every client.

We also strive to provide a relaxing experience; with a comfortable bed, pillow and blankets. Feel free to take a beauty nap while we glam you up!

To begin, we will place an eye patch to protect your lower lashes, then each lash extension will be placed on top of your individual real lash. We ensure that all lashes remain separated and not stuck on one another. This is important so that individual lashes can grow healthily.

Tip 3: Ensure your eyes are completely shut comfortably during the process. Feeling any discomfort? Let your lash therapist know and they will help you right away.

... et voilà! You will wake up from your beauty nap with beautiful new lashes.

Step 4:  Upkeep and Retouch!

To keep your extensions looking fresh, and your lashes healthy, it's important to practice aftercare. Want to go for a swim? Have a hot yoga class? Not to worry, our extensions are water and sweat proof. Just make sure to rinse with clean water afterwards to keep them squeaky clean.

Your lashes have layers, brush them regularly with the spoolie we provide to keep them in place and looking pretty.

We also recommend that you do not use any oil based makeup removers around the eye as this will affect the longevity of the extensions. Avoid tools such as eyelash curlers (you won’t need them!) as they will damage the extension.

Extensions shedding? Don’t worry. It is normal for your lashes to grow and shed. 3-5 lashes a day is normal and healthy.

We recommend that your lashes are retouched every 2-3 weeks maximum, as the extensions grow and are pushed out, they need to be replaced to keep your real ones growing healthy and your extensions looking in tip top shape. We have weekly retouch prices for your needs.
